Impact in Yekaterinburg and Tyumen

In Yekaterinburg, an attack caused a fire in a parking lot, though Sverdlovsk region Governor Denis Pasler reported no casualties. The city's logistics center for the retailer Wildberries temporarily halted operations for safety reasons before resuming four hours later. Additionally, a drone strike hit an oil refinery in the Tyumen region, which has a production capacity of approximately 8 million metric tons of oil annually.

Casualties and Regional Strikes

Beyond the Belgorod region, where two people were killed, Kremlin-backed officials reported that a strike on a Russian-occupied town in the Zaporizhzhia region killed eight people, including two children. These events followed a strike on a factory in Kirov on Friday that resulted in five deaths and led local authorities to declare three days of mourning.
