Casualties Across the Region

The attacks on July 27 caused widespread casualties in several communities. In Spasko-Mykhailivka and Druzhkivka, three people—two men aged 38 and 55, and a 47-year-old woman—were killed. In the Kramatorsk hromada, another 55-year-old man died, while four others aged between 41 and 49 sustained injuries. In Kramatorsk city, six people were injured, including an 11-month-old child and his 27-year-old mother. Further injuries were reported in Sloviansk, Raihorodok, Druzhkivka, and Bylbasivka, involving victims ranging in age from 46 to 72. The injuries included blast trauma, shrapnel wounds, fractures, and contusions.

Rescue Operations in Bilenke

In the village of Bilenke, emergency responders concluded a 17-hour search and rescue operation following an airstrike on a residential area. The strike destroyed two houses, trapping residents beneath the debris. Workers cleared approximately 25 tonnes of rubble to recover the bodies of three victims. Separately, a Russian drone attack on July 27 targeted a Ukrainian Railways repair crew in the region, resulting in one death and two injuries. Authorities stated that the Russian military utilized a variety of munitions, including FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK guidance kits, FPV drones, and Molniya-1 and Geran-2 drones.
