NBC has announced Joe Jonas and Keke Palmer as cast members for the inaugural season of its new celebrity edition of The Voice, scheduled to premiere in Spring 2027.

Joe Jonas and Keke Palmer have been named as cast members for the upcoming celebrity edition of the NBC competition series The Voice. Jonas will serve as a coach, while Palmer is set to host the program. The new series, which is the first U.S. spinoff of the original show, is currently in production and is slated to debut in Spring 2027.

Cast and Production Details

The celebrity edition, which will also serve as Season 31 of the franchise, features Queen Latifah and Riley Green as coaches alongside Jonas. Carson Daly, the longtime host of the original series, will step down from his hosting duties but will remain involved as a producer. The show will feature a mix of athletes, actors, and music stars competing against one another, departing from the original series' focus on undiscovered talent.

New Format Features

The spinoff introduces two new elements: a 'Voice Boot Camp' that provides behind-the-scenes footage of contestants preparing for their Blind Auditions, and a 'VIP room' where participants can watch their peers perform. The series is produced by MGM Alternative, Warner Horizon Unscripted Television, and ITV Studios, with executive producers including Audrey Morrissey, Mark Burnett, and John de Mol.
